Fondazione Banca del Monte of Lucca turns into Palais de France during the five festival days. Among the held exhibitions, the “L’HEXAGONE” one stands out. It is curated by Luca Raffaelli together with the co-curator Donato Larotonda, in collaboration with the Huberty & Breyne Art Gallery. Visitors have the chance to discover a variety of panels from the collection of twelve French authors, who have reshaped entirely the comics genre landscape, their working method, involving readers in sharing their deepest emotions, changing in this way the European and international comic course of development. The exhibition displays the works of art of legendary authors, such as Moebius, Claire Bretécher, George Wolinski, Reiser, Philippe Druillet, Baudoin, Florence Cestac

They are the kind of Cartoonists that, since the 70s, have made possible to all sorts of people to discover and dive into their inner worlds, giving to their personal life a brand-new shape through panels, becoming a link to their mind and body.
