
Cédric Biscay is renowned for his many contributions to the fields of video games, animation, manga and events.
He began his career in 2004 by co-producing his very first video game, Blue Angelo, on the Korean GP32 console. In 2012, he created Birth, a short animated film supported by a prestigious team: Yoshitaka Amano (Final Fantasy) as artistic director and Akino Arai (Macross) as composer.
In 2014, he co-produced Petz Club, his first animated series. The following year marked a major turning point in his career: he launched and produced Shenmue III with renowned game designer Yu Suzuki (Out Run), an initiative that earned two Guinness World Records. That same year, he founded the Monaco Anime Game International Conferences (MAGIC), a leading pop culture event held in Monaco (and Kyoto), under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Princess Charlene of Monaco.
In 2017, Cédric Biscay collaborated with Hideo Kojima on the video game Death Stranding (released in 2019), playing a key role in Léa Seydoux's casting. In 2018, he co-produced the Goya-nominated documentary Sad Hill Unearthed, featuring renowned contributors such as Clint Eastwood, Ennio Morricone, Joe Dante and James Hetfield.
In 2020, he continued his work in the video game industry with the co-production of the game Twin Mirror, available on PS4, Xbox and PC.
Since 2020, he has been the creator of the manga BLITZ, an original series about chess produced in collaboration with former world champion Garry Kasparov and illustrated by Daitaro Nishihara (Pokemon). A critical and commercial success, Blitz now has 10 volumes with over 200,000 copies sold in France and a growing presence in Italy, where 7 volumes are available from Piretti Editore.
He is also co-producer of the highly anticipated animated series Astroboy Reboot, developed in partnership with Mediawan and Tezuka Productions.
For his work and commitment to promoting cultural ties, Cédric Biscay was awarded the title of Chevalier de l'Ordre de Saint-Charles, the highest distinction in the Principality of Monaco, presented by H.S.H. Prince Albert II. He also received the Certificate of Honor from the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Taro Kono, in recognition of his role in strengthening relations between the two countries.
