Kwang Jin is a South Korean writer and producer best known for creating the iconic comic Itaewon Class, which was later adapted into a TV series that gained global popularity through its international release on Netflix. Since his debut in 2013 with Her Aquarium, he has created various comics that deeply resonate with readers, such as Existence and The Great. While continuing to captivate readers with his comics, Kwang Jin is also expanding his creative horizons across various media. Most recently, he broadened his creative scope to include filmmaking by directing and producing his first feature film, Cabriole (2024).
The author will be a guest at Lucca Comics & Games in collaboration with Jundo and will be present all five days with signing sessions, events and a preview of volume 4 of Itaewon Class.
