Born on November 30th, 1981, Thomas Koegler has created his own professional career thanks to his managerial skills and his authentic passion for games. After graduating from IMT Atlantique and HEC Paris, two of the most prestigious universities in France, in 2015, Thomas joined Asmodee as International Programs Manager. Since then, his growth within the company has been fast and continuous: in 2016, he was named Group Development Director, and in 2019, he became Head of Strategy & Business Development. In these roles, he successfully conducted numerous strategic operations such as the acquisition of studios and key distribution units, which helped Asmodee strengthen its position as the global leader in board games. In 2021, he became EVP Interactive & Entertainment, where he broadened Asmodee’s reach into digital and cross-media content. In 2023, he became Deputy Chief Operations Officer, and in 2025, he was named CEO of Asmodee. Thomas lives in the south of Paris, near Asmodee’s headquarters, and rides his bike to the office every day, a reflection of his direct and sustainable approach, even in his everyday life. Beyond work, he is deeply connected to his family: he loves spending time with his wife Audrey and his teenage son Léonard, sharing moments of play and relaxation. He is very fond of diving and considers playing a powerful tool not only for entertainment, but also to create bonds, whether with family, friends, or colleagues in the workplace. Among his favourite games are “Forrest Shuffle” and “Blood Rage”.
