
These exhibitions cover fiction worlds, from diving into the most amusing western atmospheres to sci-fi adventures, which evoke dark historic periods, as well as artistic homages, discovering the roots of revolutionary games, and characters that have changed the collective imagination of entire generations.
The main goal of the Lucca Comics & Games exhibitions, is to take all the enthusiasts by hand, accompanying them through an extraordinary and once-in-a-lifetime journey, displaying thousands of original panels and unique pieces, including a series of inimitable exhibitiosn.
The inauguration of the first exhibitions at Palazzo Guinigi, which took place Saturday, October 18th, officially opened the first chapter of Lucca Comics & Games 2025. Within November 2nd, the audience can admire some of the most important works of artists, who have marked the Ninth Art and game worlds, since the past century.

- ¡HOLA, TEX! – the greatest icon of the Italian comic at interpreting the Spanish Masters. Curated by Riccardo Monti and Mauro Uzzeo.
- GRAZIA LA PADULA: DISEGNARE L’INAFFIDABILE – Curated by Mara Famularo.
- KEVIN EASTMAN: A TWISTED RONIN NINJA – Curated by Giovanni Russo.
- L’ETERNAUTA: OLTRE LO SPAZIO È IL TEMPO – Curated by Pier Luigi Gaspa.
- FORGING THE MYTH: ART & ARTIFACTS FROM THE WORKSHOP – Curated by Luca Bitonte, Roberto Di Meglio and Karl Kosinski.
After this event, featuring Grazia La Padula as one of the protagonists of the exhibition, the aforementioned displaying can be joined from October 19th to October 28th with a free-entry (from Tuesday to Saturday, 3pm-7pm, and Sunday 10am-1pm/ 3pm-7pm, closed on Monday). From October 29th up to November 2nd the exhibitions are free to enter, whereas festival entry ticket owners will enjoy priority access (schedule 9am-7pm).
Visitors, even during this year edition, can deepen and discover the artistic visions and insights of the displayed works, explained in the Lucca Comics & Games 2025 volume, French Kiss, the exhibition-related art books (Lucca Crea Edizione), available exclusively in the exhibitions bookstore, and then available in regular bookstores and online stores.
