To enter to the fee-based Lucca Comics & Games areas, it is necessary to show the required ticket with its relative bracelet. The latter can be received at home or collected at the welcome desks.
Be careful! Only five types of bracelets are available, each one with a distinct colour, linked to a specific day of the exhibition.
The welcome desks are situated at the same place of the ticket offices. Five desks in all, they will be visible on the map, which will be published on this website.

Schedule: from October 29th up to November 2nd, from 6:30 am up to 6:30 pm.
This year one of the welcome desks situated near the Lucca walls, precisely the Baluardo San Regolo one, will be open even on October 28th from 4:00pm up to 7:00pm.
For those who purchase a two-day season ticket or singular ones for more than a day without the “skip the welcome desks” option, the bracelets can be picked up once, by stopping at the welcome desks, without needing to come there another time, whereas who chooses the “skip the welcome desks” option, will receive the bracelets a home.
For those who purchase the tickets within October 16th, choosing the “Skip the Welcome Desks” option, the tickets, and their respective bracelets will be delivered directly at home. The option is included in the 3,4 and 5-day season tickets.
After the date mentioned above, it is compulsory to collect the bracelets from the Welcome Desks. However, a reserved fast lane will be set up at the welcome desk situated on the urban walls.
Regular and season tickets shippings with the “Skip the Welcome Desks” option, will start on September 16th, 2025.
