The Lucca Comics & Games is, even this year, an entirely free-to-entry festival. However, visitors have to show a valid entry ticket and related bracelets to join the festival events.
Only a few talks will have a regulated access, using a reservation system, available on the Eventbrite website, and collecting a specific voucher. By doing this, the staff can affectively manage these talks, providing everyone with a free entry.
To reserve an event is sufficient logging in the Lucca Comics & Games-related Eventbrite page on the day and at the time specified on the reservation schedule, following the instruction for a correct registration. Each user can only book a single seat. More reservations from the same email address or from the same Eventbrite account will be considered invalid.
If you own a valid Eventbrite reservation, please go to the voucher collection point, “Info Point Turistico in Piazzale Verdi”, on the day and at the time appointed on the schedule section “voucher distribution opening”, corresponding to the day before or the same day of the event. Each reservetion is paired with a voucher. The latter if not collected by the owner, will be redistributed to the audience at the same location on a first-come-first-served basis. In this way everyone has the chance to join the event, avoiding the possible waste of the remaining vouchers!

How to reserve a spot to the talks through Eventbrite?
In the day of the reservation, the people willing to join the talks have to log in the Lucca Comics & Games-related Eventbrite page, available at this link, around 30 minutes before the time appointed on the scheduled. Each user can book just one spot, paired with one voucher. To guarantee full transparency, multiple reservations (two or more) carried out from the same email address or from the same Eventbrite account, are considered invalid.
How, where and where are vouchers available to be collected?
Once the reservation has been carried out on the Eventbrite website, visitors can go to the vouchers distribution point, located at Info Point Turistico in Piazzale Verdi, following the appointed time on the schedule. Every valid reservation grants you a voucher, which can be collected by showing a valid entry ticket for the day.
Repêchage: how does the distribution of the uncollected vouchers work?
The uncollected vouchers will be redistributed at a specific time, just before the event starting time, always at Info Point Turistico in Piazzale Verdi. By doing so, no voucher is going to be wasted and everyone has the possibility to join the reservation-based event.
People with disabilities and pregnant women: how to collect a voucher
The Eventbrite reservation is mandatory for everybody, including people with disabilities or pregnant women, but they are allowed to collect an additional “companion voucher” by showing the proper documentation, if the woman in question shows an evident pregnancy, or showing the Free Mobility Card (a brand-new feature of Lucca Comics & Games 2025!). Each event includes a certain number of spots reserved to the owners of the Free Mobility Card (people with disabilities and pregnant women), thus they are given the chance to be part of the repêchage, until spots last. Even in this case they can collect two vouchers (theirs and their companion one), but they have to be both present at the time of the collection, by showing the proper documentation, an evident pregnancy or by showing the Free Mobility Card.
Free Mobility Card: what is it and where can be requested?
The Free Mobility Card can be requested by people with disabilities and pregnant women, owners of a free or on-sale ticket, at every festival Welcome desk, the Luccasenzabarriere selling point in Via San Martino or at Croce Verde in Via Castrani.
